Specific objectives

O1. Development of new tools for screening biological samples for colorectal cancer.

O2. Identification of biomarker panels that can transform the screening test into a diagnostic test.

O3. Formation of a team of young people: doctoral students, postdoctoral students, and their involvement in project management.

O4. Publishing at least 4 articles in high-impact ISI journals in the Q1/Q2 areas.

O5. Disseminating the results at national/international conferences and to end users (clinics, hospitals).

The main objective of the project is to create new stochastic platforms that will serve as tools for the early detection of colon cancer, with the aim of minimizing the number of deaths caused by this silent form of cancer and saving lives.
